- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

What You'll Do: - Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
- Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
- Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
- Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
- Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
- Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
What You'll Need: - Active LVN/LPN license in the State of Texas
- At least 2 years of experience required
- Experience leading a care team required
